Belle Tavern - Memphis

We stopped in to have a few drinks to celebrate my birthday and this was a horrible experience. The bartenders had no idea what alcohol they had and had no idea how to make their signature cocktails. In addition, they are switching alcohol bottles. I ordered my favorite bourbon and not sure what they gave me but it definitely wasn't what I ordered. Definitely don't recommend. In addition not being told upfront about an auto-gratuity meant the bartender got half the tip they would have otherwise.
