Bluff City Crab - Memphis

I ordered the King Feast through the Uber eats app which comes with 1 snow crab cluster, 10 shrimp, 2 potatoes, one corn. Then I added one more crab cluster and the Andouille Sausage. Was very excited and thought I knew how to get a bag but was very disappointed because my bag was missing the shrimp. Like how? Called the location someone answered and then had me on hold forever. So eventually I hung up and called back. No one picked up I?d called several times periodicallyafterwards no answer. The food was really good (even though a little cold at this point) and the season was on point just really wanted my shrimp. I?ve ordered here before prior no complaints will not stop me from ordering again just thinkthe staff needs to pay attention and do better.

JUICY and flavorful! I have been here more than once keep coming back! I prefer the ?Memphis Mix? seasoning with either ?June? or ?August? heat level. DELICIOUS!!

The only reason we make the 5 hour trip to Tennessee. Owner and staff are awesome. Food is even better. This is our 5th time up. THERE WILL BE MORE. Come to Springfield. I'll work for food!!

This seafood was pretty awesome it actually got me full. Prices are reasonable for such a delicious spread. I tried the Memphis Smoke it wasn?t to spicy and had a sweetness to it. Most definitely worth the buy and customer service was awesome. They make you feel like family. Hope this helps

I had an amazing dine in experience with Bluff City Crab today. The lemon pepper King?s Feast bag was amazing as always and staff was friendly.
