Buffalo Wild Wings - Memphis

Came in, sat down at one of the few clean tables and I watched the wait staff pace by without even noticing me. I put my menu aside and sat there for more than 15 minutes without anyone even saying hello. By far this was the worst service I've ever had at a BWW. I eventually got up and left and had some nice Mexican food at a nearbye place.This was in such a stark contrast to the lunch I had in the BWW earlier today. My cheeseburger was great, Toni, my waitress was great. My lunch experience was what brought me back for dinner.I wish I could blame the crowded house on the lack of attention, but the place was mostly empty. Perhaps I'm not the only patron who was left hanging here?

Waited over an hr at the bar for a burger and fries. Had a redbull mixed cocktail and angry orchard, they were fine. Couple next to me ordered after me but got their food before Mr. When I got my food, my fries looked old and my burger was thrown together. A manager was supposed to address the situation and didn't come over for another 35 mins. She walked past me twice, asked the bartender why she was called then asked me what I wanted her to do about it. She comped my food which I got to go and went home to not even eat since by now it's stale and cold.

My bf and I love Buffalo Wild Wings but, this was the first time we had really ever ordered to go from this location. We ordered the pretzel bites and when we got it home whilst it had the queso it was missing the mustard which I love. We also got two orders of 10 boneless wings and we were missing the ranch and blue blue cheese from our order. Needless to say we were a little disappointed that our side dressing were missing.

This Buffalo wild wings is horrible when I started to order they told me they had no drinks just tea with no sugar so they gave me packets of diet sugar which was absolutely horrible. When I ordered my food it took an hour for them to bring out my sister's wings and the other people attending never received there food we sat there for about 3 hours waiting only half the party received there food and it wasn't don't correctly. They tool forever to bring the check when everyone was ready to go including the ones that never got to get there food we just ended up leaving. The service here is bad and the tables where broken they where about the fall over.Also there wasn't many people there at the time we where dining there and there was plenty of workers.

We received the typical BDUB experience. The wings were hot and fresh. The sides were very good. Our waitress/bartender was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. You can never go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings.
