Captain D's - Memphis

Even late at night the fish was hot and fresh!!! Soooooo glad y'all back open!!!

Horrible experience with the staff working 6/28/22 around 7 pm. Waited 40 minutes while they continually screwed up orders couldn?t seem to get on track. Manager guy found it necessary to voice how ?ready to go? he is he was tired of being there. Excessive non-work related chatter and zero efficiency. This is my least favorite location. I?ve given this location too many chances and they?re officially off my list.

Beware of this location at night in the drive thru paying with cash. Their cashier is giving out fake money as change to customers. The manager wasn't any help and won't replace my $20. I've contacted corporate and will take legal action if need be. 7/14/22 I reached out to the corporate office on 7/6/22 followed up on 7/12/22. I provided all my information both times and still awaiting someone to contact me directly.

Very nice friendly lady took my order got my refill. It's refreshing to see a friendly face and smile these days. Food was great. This Capt D's did a fantastic job.

Ever since this Captain D's re-opened again it has been great! The drive-thru can look busy but the line moves fast! but I am begging the franchise owner to get more quality workers in there to help out that manager! He is busting his butt in there every single time and lord knows how long he is working without a break... Please owners! Help this man out! smiling through lunch hour all by himself... He deserves a raise plus vacation for keeping this location afloat!
