Celebrity's Soul Food Memphis

I was ready to try this place but to my surprise. This restaurant is closed!!

When we arrived, the restaurant was lock up with a sign on the door that stayed closed until further notice. Was disappointed.

We visited this restaurant for a date, expecting a different atmosphere based on their website. We dressed semi-formally and ended up feeling overdressed. Unfortunately, they were out of both the appetizer and entree we wanted, and we were informed it was because they had been busier earlier in the evening and we arrived too late. This explanation didn’t seem reasonable to us. On the positive side, the service was quite good. However, we were disappointed by the absence of a bar. Overall, our experience was not satisfactory, and we don't intend to return.

I have no complaints whatsoever! I absolutely loved everything – the atmosphere, the service, and the warmth that was shared. It was all wonderful!
