Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

They didnt include the sauce so the chcken was kinda dry BUT they were good! And the make it cherry drink was good!

The dasher was great my order was bad for the amount of money I spent on it I didnt get the biscuit that came with the order and I didnt get the one I paid extra for my okra was hard and over cooked my baby really wanted her biscuit I tried to make it right but she couldnt do it I was told to call door Dash because I had ordered from you

Dry Old Tenders and the fries were terrible. I ordered mash potatoes. $30 plus dollars worth of food that wasn apos;t edible. Does any even care anymore. 1/26/2022 Store touring is a must for the store operations. This will become even more costly in the future if "NOT" fixed ASAP.

July 3 the store suppose to open at 10am. I arrived at 11. Instead of the child using the speaker she comes outside yells at the line of cars stating We ain 't open yet then gets made because noone heard her. Lol Lawd help your people. Smh ?

Church’s chicken at Elvis Presley blvd and fornia in Memphis should be closed down. I wanted in line for 35 minutes before I pulled off without anyone acknowledging what was going on. This is not the first time this has happened. Went once before and was told they were out of chicken! There is no professionalism, courtesy, commitment, positive customer service at that store.Please contact me for further negative comments. Sorry no good comments. Additional training in customer service is needed ASAP.
