Crumpy's Hot Wings Downtown - Memphis

The service at this restaurant was very unprofessional. I was not treated with any respect and felt like I didn't belong there. I was only trying to pick up an Uber order, but ended up waiting almost 40 minutes while other customers came and went quickly. I will do my best to avoid coming back here in the future.

I ordered a 20-piece wing meal yesterday on 11/26. Unfortunately, the wings were old and the bones appeared to be black, as if they had been reheated several times before being served to me. Additionally, the staff was very rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered fried pickles and fries at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my order. The fries were hot but undercooked, and the pickles were swimming in grease in the box. As a regular customer, I expect better service when I have a complaint. I did not ask for a refund, but instead made a donation. I hope the restaurant can improve and not have another failed experience like this in the future. Goodbye Crumpy's, I will not be returning.

The customer service at this crumpy?s wings taste just as good as the food. (Lol) The owner is PURE FRIENDLY and makes sure what you?ve ordered is to your liking and the order is correct. Crumpy?s has been around since the 90?s and still one of the fewbest wing places in Memphis.

This is what a 4 piece tender looks like ???????????????????? straight scraps , most of it was hard fried skin, barely any meat. not going back to this location
