Feedback gevenThe first time I had Dixie Queen a friend ordered it off DoorDash so I didn 't get the full experience that people have been warning me about. A week later, I decided to try the one off Shelby. I was in line for well over 35 minutes. When I got to the window, I realized why. They use the very first computer for their transactions ???just kidding but in all seriousness, they could come up with a new system to crank people out a little bit faster. Anywho, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, 6 piece hot lemon pepper sprinkle, and a large cheese fry. My food was fresh and bomb! I plan to try a milkshake the next time.
Asked for well dressed burgers with grilled onions total of6 burgers. Only two had everything on it, four only had grilled onions.
The food was good, but my order was incorrect. I paid for a double combo, but I received a single combo.

Ordered the Big Cheeseburger Combo ask for bacon to be added which I was charged for but didn’t receive. Tried calling business back phone is off the hook nothing but a busy signal. Service has gotten horrible at this location.
