Feedback gevenHow dunkin saved my meeting? a show on my breakfast table. I have 14 leaderships waiting for coffee, breakfast bagels, etc. jumping in my car and not even 5 minutes I discovered a dunkin. I was in the load and met Miss Kristy, who was sooo friendly. I told her I'm in a jam and need help. I placed my order and she said they were time. I go in the back and help them prepare their order. long story short. I was less than 10 minutes from dunkin and back to meeting with breakfast. I wanted to tell you this! kristy and the breakfast team at the dunkin store
The staff is warm and friendly, always greeting customers with a smile and providing prompt service. Additionally, both the dining area and the restrooms were clean.
I often go to this dunkin, but there is one dame working there, se had a really bad attitude with me, she is rude and she is not friendly. So yesterday I went there an order of 5 drinks, so I was the only one car on the car thru, she cried that I had to order through a walk. they were two people who worked there. So I hope that the personal does something in respect of the customer's attention, because I love so much the coffee of dunkin!
The service was lacking; it felt like the staff couldn't quite manage things directly. There was no warmth or humor in the atmosphere. My dessert—zucker—was stuck to the bottom of my cup. However, the girl by the window was pleasant.
Waited 30 minutes in line for them to completely screw up my order after repeating it multiple times back to the drive through.I called back to the store to explain my situation and the employee on the phone who identified himself as Jason says “f**k you” to me and then hangs up.Wonderful establishment and waste of $15
