El Toro Loco - Memphis

DO NOT VISIT, GO TO ANOTHER MEXICAN SPOT !! Terrible , terrible food and service! I called to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I would not recommend going! Went to have drinks and found white clunk of something in drink , and was accused of putting it there. I would give 0 stars but being made to put something ! Owner- I do not have your email , provide it

The fajita chimichanga was incredibly delicious and satisfying. The service was good at 9 o'clock, although it could have been slightly better. The restaurant also offers great chips and dip, but be prepared for a spicy kick in the bathroom! In general, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was cool with disco lights and music at night.

El Toro Loco is located about 1.5 km from our home. Every time we visit, we try different dishes to get a sense of the variety offered. Not a single bite is wasted as the plates are always left clean. One of our recent favorites is the tamale, which is so unique and delicious.

I enjoyed eating and drinking here. my daughter and I ordered the cheeseburger (I know who ordered a cheeseburger at a Mexican place and my friend ordered the garnelen and steak fajitas and we got a pitcher of first-class shelf margaritas. the burger was delicious and unique. the whole burger was covered with white cheese! the patty was perfectly cooked and the toppings were fresh. my friend enjoyed their fajitas were on the spot. the only thing that keeps me from giving them a five stars is the ambiente. the service decoration is a little old and runs down, but I plan to visit again.

The worst experience with management I have ever seen. Our server was nicer than both managers. My friend ordered tacos and requested no beef or bacon, chicken only. When she got her tacos they had chorizo sausage in the sauce. Asked the waiter to have the kitchen give her tacos with no pork because she can’t eat beef or pork. The kitchen wouldn’t remake it and the managers told her that she should have paid attention and known that “Mexican sauce” has chorizo in it. No where on the menu did it state the tacos had chorizo in the sauce or on the tacos. I guess we would have gotten better service if we acted irate instead of polite. I have never experienced such condescending, rude, and disrespectful management in my life. I will NEVER return here. The drinks or the food were not good enough. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
