Feedback gevenI arrived at 11:00 am, an hour after they opened at 10:00 am. No one acknowledged me for 5 minutes, even after I said hello. Eventually, a staff member noticed me and went back to work. This place was very unwelcoming.
The food was of good quality at this restaurant. They consistently deliver good service. However, I feel that KFC is not as good as it used to be, but I believe this may be due to changes in the business.
We arrived at 10:38 only to find that the restaurant was about to close. We noticed the employees hanging around on their phones and saw that they closed at 11 o'clock. Despite trying to speak into the drive-thru microphone, we received no response. When we approached the door, the employees claimed they didn't understand our inquiry about their opening hours.

The manager is so rude and I’ve made several complaints again her poor customer service. However, she continues to work there and be totally rude. KFC sent me two voucher because I complained about her but this last time I have asked that they not send another voucher because I will not be going back there at all. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who has experienced her trouble service. When using this last voucher she gave me food that appeared to have been days old and told her employee to write my name down because she bet I don’t get another voucher. Believe me, I don’t want another voucher and anything else from a business that employs manager like her. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH KFC!!!
