Took out of town friends here but have never been (didn't go inside as I had a dog, new to the area). Sitting outside, tables were dirty, sticky, and messy. Tried a little of the sweet corn ice cream and what a treat! Will actually go in next time andsee what options to try.
The best ice in memphis, perhaps the world. they have ice, paletas (popsicles), and some snacks like nachos. everything is homemade with real ingredients. the birthday cake ice cream has real birthday cake in it. the cocosis is probably my favorite for its fineness and how good it tastes next to cake and other desserts. the paletas are delicious and come in aromen of strawberry and vanilla to avocado and mais. the location has expanded and refurbished a few years ago, and it looks better than ever. You're seriously missing when you've never been here.
If you're use to national chains like cold stone and ben and jerry's, this is a interesting pivot. The Elote and shave ice are nice bonus if in the mood for some else sweet or savory.
The best Mexican-style ice cream and paletas popsicles ever. They have multiple locations and make everything themselves. The servings are large and if you buy 7 pops you get an 8th free! The flavors are creative and every single one of them I have tried has tasted awesome.
