Lenny's Sub Shop - Memphis

The service is quick, and the food is consistently excellent. Additionally, the customer service is superior to that of most other places in the city. I believe this location has the most impressive atmosphere of all the Lenny's branches.

We ordered the American club and cold Italian sandwiches. The bread was fresh, and the sandwiches were tasty. However, they forgot to include the oil and vinegar for the Italian sandwich. Overall, the customer service could use some improvement. There were plenty of staff members, but they didn’t seem very engaged in their work.

Make it however you want it. Very good sandwiches on good bread. Reasonable prices. During lunch rush don't expect to find a place to sit, but if you go before or after it is never an issue. Great staff very polite.

Charming location, same great food and incredible service! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was made to perfection and precisely the way it was ordered. The tables and booths were clean and the drink kiosk was fully stocked. Wonderful experience!

As an employee here, I can confidently say this is the best sandwich shop around. They provide generous portions of meat and a wide selection of vegetables. Everything is made to order, ensuring freshness, and the wait time is minimal. The staff is friendly, and we know many of our customers by name. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
