Feedback gevenJust ordered lunch thru the mobile app although the process was simple I was given old, oily chicken nuggets and fries by someone without a uniform(my assumption is this was someone in management); I can't be sure if he was wearing a mask or not either. If this subpar food is what's being served to paying customers I will choose another location try my luck elsewhere????. Food has a particular color when it's fresh when it's not. I'm highly disappointed in this. I tried my best to not waste this food but it really was inedible. The amount of grease in these fries was really disgusting left a really bad aftertaste from one fry. Ugh.
Today, they got it all perfect. 2:15 in a thunderstorm no less. Left a rainy day photo, just sayin. Had orders for four people so I was concerned. But today the smiling faces did good. I?m happy.
Kiosk never printed my ticket, but gave me an order number. Order just a chicken sandwich and med coke. Simple right? Well a spicy chicken sandwich is put in a bag with a med coke and the don't ever put my order number on screen as ready. Long story short, the cashier didn't even offer to give me the correct sandwich or a refund since the machine didn't print my receipt. Manager should be fired, as he never offered to help and regularly asks customers to leave out of the store for asking for help.
I come to this location majority of the time because actually completing my order accurately is important to me..like most. The caramel frappe with extra espresso shots is delicious! Better and cheaper than Starbucks!
I have never had such bad service in my life! Waited literally 45 minutes for a 6 piece nugget happy meal for my Son. Was ignored by several employees who were clearly racist! After receiving the order it was incorrect and we were charged an extra 20 cents for a larger drink that wasn't even ordered. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed!
