I personally had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I am concerned about the people who manage this establishment. When attempting to place a take-out order The young lady that ran the register, threw away the receipt for my order. When I arrived back 30 minutes later, the lady Had to pull my receipt out of the trashcan to find the order, but she also could not read the receipt. The lady seemed unbothered and did not apologize for throwing away the receipt or not having the order ready in the time that was given. I believe the people that manage this location Have an incompetent employee that they did not put in a position to succeed.

Very good customer service ,food always great and hot ,and the wait time is usually less then 15 minutes

Very disappointed. I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner and got 3 strips. I like their food but this has never happened. I called back and they told me this was their 2 piece and stated, Everyone has been complaining. Best Wings can you do better?
