Spent over 40.00 my husbands ribs were not tender and my chicken leg had to use a steak knife plus they didn’t pack my 6.00 banana pudding also bread was not Texas toast plain sandwich bread think we will stick with other Bbq places

Online orders are never ready at the promised time. The food is greasy and overpriced. There was a roach on my potato salad and the green beans were so sloppily packaged that they leaked all over the bag. One car backed into another in the parking lot and the employee who witnessed it told the driver to drive away while the manager looked on and laughed. I asked for a refund because of the roach and the leak and was denied. The employee at the counter said the roach probably came from my car. This place is nasty in every way and should absolutely be avoided at all costs. You can’t post anything negative on their social media pages because they are pathetic cowards and will block you.

Food was amazing!!! Love being at a restaurant where it seems employees love their job cuz it makes the customers time better!! Imo.. i can't seem to find out how to order some of that bomb bbq sauce?!?! Would definitely put in a nice order if they delivered to ohio!! When back we'll definitely be back cuz this place is worth it!!

This is a lovely little hidden gem BBQ joint in Memphis with amazing food and great service. They are a small joint that offers take out as well as both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside of the place was very hot, and it was a bit small and cramped. However I understand the location can't do much about these, although it still does affect the experience However, if you are not bothered by such things, the food is amazing. I had a wet half rack of ribs. The BBQ sauce was excellent and the meat was cooked great, tender and easy to eat off the bone. The ribs also came with sides, I had fries which were cooked and seasoned nicely, as well as deviled eggs, which were sweeter than I envisioned although I'm sure people who like sweet deviled eggs would love them. They also provide toast which is buttery and soft goodness. To finish off they have a variety of cakes as desert and I had a vanilla cake, it was a double layer very large cake, recommend sharing with a loved one or a friend, but it was very sweet and tasty too, a good way to end the night in Memphis. Overall One Only BBQ is a great hidden gem joint with amazing service, amazing food. Even if the cramped and hot space sounds like a deal breaker, you can always sit outside or order take out too!
