Panera Bread - Memphis

French onion soup is not beef broth with onions in it and diced bread with cold shredded cheese in the middle. There’s more to it. It was most definitely microwaved. Scorching hot on the outside and cold in the middle. My daughters soup was cold too. Poor quality. You get my money I get my opinion!

The restaurant was extremely disorganized, with staff members simply standing around and not attending to customers. I waited 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich and another 10 minutes for my coffee, which I had to ask about. I overheard staff discussing a DoorDash order and, instead of informing the customer that they were out of everything bagels, they decided to substitute with sesame bagels just because "it has seeds." I would be really frustrated if I received the wrong bagel without being consulted.

Ready for a healthy upscale lunch. ? You can do pretty good here and stay on your diet. But still you can get a plentiful meal. I choose their signature chicken sandwich and dove in for the Spivey version. My partner selected the chicken salad sandwich and opted for the 99 cent cookie. Overall I was pleased and will be back. Still have more venues to explor e in the area first.

The guy taking the order nice old man took my order. Lazy ass people working there would rather sit around and chitchat collecting their $10 an hour making one sandwich every 20 minutes and actually do their fucking jobs and actually get the food out in a timely manner. 30 minutes later I finally got my order. Never again. They had no milk, almond milk, cream for the coffee took another 10 minutes to get that refilled by then they were out of coffee.

I visit this restaurant regularly, but I'm consistently let down by the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's surprising, considering how popular it is in East Memphis, that there's such a lack of attention to the bathrooms. I really hope management starts to focus on cleaning and maintaining them. The food is fairly standard, but the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet and friendly. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
