Feedback gevenI had the pleasure of experiencing the brunch service at a private event, and I must say the food was absolutely delightful. I started with a mimosa, which struck the perfect balance between champagne and orange juice—I enjoyed it so much that I ordered another one! For my entrée, I had pre-selected the Shrimp and Grits, which were cooked to perfection. The shrimp were sautéed wonderfully and mixed with a few veggies. Prior to the meal, we were served a Charcuterie Board with a variety of selections, which was a great way to hold us over. We also enjoyed some sides, including Breakfast Potatoes and Spinach Quiche, with the option of Water or Peach Tea. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the service was lovely. I can't wait to return and try more dishes from their menu!
The operating hours listed on Apple Maps, Google Maps, and OpenTable are completely inaccurate. If they can’t manage to get their hours right, how can I trust that they maintain proper hygiene or keep their food at the correct temperature? It’s quite disappointing! I'm beginning to wonder if they've edited their photos.
Our server was quite busy, and she seemed a bit nervous, but overall she was fine, even though she accidentally took my party's salad before we were done with it—no worries, it happens to the best of us. I ordered the steak deviled eggs and the lobster corn dog. The filling for the deviled eggs was excellent, and the steak was perfectly seasoned. The eggs were decent, though I've had better; some parts were a bit rubbery, but overall, the taste was pretty good. The lobster corn dog is a fantastic concept, and while it was good, it could have been great if it weren't so salty. The bottomless mimosas were lovely, making for an enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back to try their main courses!
Additionally, I ordered unsweetened tea when we first sat down, but the waitress brought me sweet tea instead. When I pointed out the mistake, she insisted, "It's not sweet... I just made it!" Instead of being helpful, she continued to argue with me. My friend and I ultimately left without ordering anything. It was a disappointing experience, and we felt very unwelcome and bothersome.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. When I made my reservation for brunch, I was surprised to find out upon arrival that brunch was not available and hadn't been for some time; only lunch was being served. To make matters worse, several items on the already limited menu were unavailable, leaving me with even fewer choices. On a positive note, the waitress was sweet and friendly. Overall, this was not the experience I expected from a restaurant featured on Open Table.
