The food was excellent, but the waitress was shocked. I ordered a mango drink and saw on the menu that you could buy a special glass. I asked the waitress the price and she showed the price of the menu. Then I told her sweet glass, but no thanks. She brought my drink to the special glass. I told her I didn't buy one and she just smiled. Then when she took the ticket, she blames me for the glass. After I told her I didn't pay for it, she got a job and took it off. I still left her a tip because she did her job well and I respect her hard work. I don't respect them to charge me for a glass I didn't want. The restaurant was clean and the environment was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who visits or lives in Memphis, but watch your bill.
I was in many Hard Rock Cafes on 3 continents and Hawaii. Memphis has a very beautiful here, which is low key, and fits into the Home of the Blues. The staff was friendly and helpful and drinks are always very good. My son, Ben, enjoyed the theme collection of rock/blues displays around the walls, especially the guitars as we play both bass guitars. The restaurant is located on the corner of Beale Street with easy access to the BB King Club and other Blues bars. All in all, a fun place to visit once you find a place to park.
