Amazing! Do not miss RYU sushi when in Memphis. The summer salad was refreshing and complex, beautifully presented. The dumpling soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. The sushi rolls we had easily ranked among the best sushi I've had and were each beautifully made and plated. I wish I could have tried everything, but will need to come back another day to get the pho. Service was great, very attentive. I’ve been three times now and the pho is delicious! It may not be as authentic as a traditional pho, but the broth is tasty and has great flavor. If you’re looking for good sushi and delicious pho, this is your place! Also the dumplings are DELICIOUS.

We were BLOWN AWAY on the quality of food, the taste and also the amazing service.. This is THE PLACE TO GO!!
