Feedback gevenMetro is the restaurant to go for a delicious meat ball sub, or veggie burger sub / for lunchdinner and breakfast / no problem the time of the day you will find the exquisite sub / and they will get there to try superb sandwiches / drinks and do not forget this wonderful chocolate chip cookies / while sipping on a cold ice tee / yum?!
After minimally toasting a steak and cheese (meat was still refrigerator cold), the girl behind the counter dumped half a bottle of mayo in my sandwich out of spite because I told her she was using the lite mayo bottle and didnt give into her repeating of 'trust me '.All fountain drinks were out of syrup, and despite already paying, they chose not to change it out, and instead told me to get a 20 oz bottle. When I mentioned to them that 32 oz fountain drink $2.49 and a 20 oz bottle $2.19 was not the equivalent price to oz ratio, I was gaslit to think I was causing a problem, then the old woman (mentioned in Jackson Floyd 's review) tried to escalate the situation by dramatically taking 30 cents out of the little donation/tip container to make me seem like I was petty. I told them it wasn 't the money itself, but the principle and overall quality of service that the issue at hand. They laughed at me, talking smack as I walked out.The fountain drink issue is very similar to Tommy Spencer 's review.Beware of this location people!
This is the most hilariously incompetent Subway I have ever visited. Just horrible in every way.First, I came in at 6:45 and they were out of every bread except wheat. Second, the gentleman in front of me asked to have his tomatoes cut in half and the older woman working said We prep, we don 't cut in probably the rudest way possible. Are you serious? Just cut the man 's tomatoes in half. Third, the other two employees were obviously not trained at all while the older woman simply stood at the register and watched them slowly make everyone 's orders. Despite there being only two people ahead of me, it took a solid 15 minutes for my one sandwich to be made. Fourth, after all of that, I arrived home to find they gave me the WRONG sandwich! I tried calling and of course they didn 't answer. I work in the area and will be contacting the owner. This place should be shut down.
Awful, two and half hours before close the restaurant was already chairs up closed down uninviting. The girl who made my sandwich was basically non verbal, just a blank stare while she threw the ingredients in the middle of the sandwich, put 3 times as much sauce as subway standard, when asked for light sauce at that. Then smashed then sandwich and wrapped it loosely at the same time. As a former subway employee it was mind boggling that this person has a job.
Been. Along for two hours now trying to reach someone . I bought 3 sandwiches with two of the workers that working on my house and when I went to order cookies they added the lady behind me steak sandwich. I did not notice it u til I got home I did not look at my change so I have been calling the store for two hours and no one will answer and I have them working on my house so I can’t leave. Been calling customer service line also but they tell you to go on a web site and type in this and that. What if I don’t have the internet why not can anyone just answer. But I have both of my receipts and I will be going right back up there as soon as the guy is done for today. This is sad can’t speak to anyone about being charged for a foot long I did not purchase.
