Taco Bell - Memphis

I visited this location tonight and ordered tacos with just meat and cheese. Unfortunately, when I received my tacos, they were cold and had lettuce on them despite my specific request. Instead of remaking the tacos, they simply removed the lettuce, leaving them with only a little bit. I also asked for fresh nacho fries, but they were cold as well. The cashier at the pick-up window was unprofessional, wearing a brown jacket with a hood and visible nose ring. She did not greet me or exhibit any customer service skills. Her name tag said Terrika. Additionally, my order had been ready for a while, but the cashier was on a personal call on her cell phone, which I could hear through the window. Please train your staff on the importance of good customer service and ensuring orders are correct.

This Taco Bell has struck out three times with me. I will never order from them through GrubHub again. The first time I ordered, the tacos had hardly any meat in them. The second time, I waited for 45 minutes only for my order to be cancelled. And today, the chalupa was mostly bread and veggies, the soft taco was the same, the burrito was disappointing, and the cinnamon twists were almost as hard as rocks and barely had any cinnamon and sugar on them. This Taco Bell is terrible.

The cashier was extremely professional and the food was fresh and well presented. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again!

Ordered inside in got the country steak sandwich with gravy. Was just okay very hard to find the gravy, was very dry. Probably will not get again, took 20 plus minutes to get our order

This location has the worst service of them all. Everytime I go there around 10 pm, it's always a 20 30 min wait for them to prepare food. Messed up attitudes, rude. The owner or district office really needs to look into this location
