Tops -b-q Jackson - Memphis

The food was great I just didnt like the sauce personally other than that I got the bacon cheeseburger meal and the BBQ platter with pulled pork beef shoulder and ribs plus 2 sides of your choice. In the south they put Bbq sauce in the beans everywhere just an fyi.

I've only eaten at Tops once before, a few years ago. It's surprising that I lived near Jackson and Dunlap for over 20 years and never visited this location until now!

The young lady at the drive-thru was fantastic. She provided excellent customer service. Despite the wait, my double cheeseburger was wonderful.

During my cross-country trip, I had to stop in Memphis to try the highly praised BBQ. I asked a local for their recommendation, seeking an honest opinion rather than relying on online reviews. They pointed me to Tops, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The food was incredible, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, even serving items they didn’t need to. Now that I’m in New York, I can’t stop thinking about that fantastic BBQ from Memphis! A tip: if the line isn’t moving, don’t leave. The food is fresh and totally worth the wait. There’s a reason there are always cars lined up outside! Make sure to check out Tops! And don’t forget to try the turnover!
