Wendy's - Memphis

I only come to this restaurant because my kids enjoy it, but otherwise, I would just drive past it as usual. The staff tends to be rude, and the food is consistently cold and lacks freshness—even the fries. The employees seem frustrated, likely because they don’t have their operations sorted out. They really need to get things in order quickly.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before finally reaching the order board, only to wait an additional 5 minutes while they searched for salads. They didn’t have any salads or chili available. This was during the lunch rush, so it was really disappointing.

The restaurant was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly respectful. I had to wait a little while for my food, but it was absolutely perfect when it arrived. Thank you!

Drive through will take 30+ minutes to get two cars through. They will have you wait at the drive through kiosk for 20 minutes with no one in front of you and won't take your order.

Good food and decent customer service but the atmosphere was a little chaotic. I also don't favor the location.Parking: Tight and chaotic.
