Wendy's - Memphis

For fries and frosty’s through the drive-thru at the wendy’s before bmh after a long day of the medical appointments. on the search for a pick-up of hot pommes and cold frostys. we got frostys without spoon while we waited for frits to get hot. that didn't happen. when we finally got rid and spoon for our melting frostys, the frits were lukewarm and unsalted. was not so advertised at all. very disappointed.

The fries was cold.The cheeseburger was good. The drinks was good. The place was crowded. But the drive through was slow and the young girls who was working the window was unprofessional. And rushing people when asking for something they left off the order.

Worst Wendy's food I've ever had in my life. I came 2 hours before closing and they told me they didn't have any big meat so I couldn't have the baconator I wanted. I got the junior bacon cheeseburger my wife wanted and it was cold. You could tell the meat had been sitting around for a long long time. They evidently don't care about what they serve you

AWFUL!!!!!!! I ordered a small coffee w creamer sugar large breakfast potatoes wedges. Got the my order no sugar no creamer and my potatoes were cold how 8am in morning. Sad!!! My lunch was the same. Burger look like it was premaid and set aside until they got the order ask for a large coke but they gave me a diet one fries cold it was just sad. Then no receipt.

The restaurant states that they close at 10 o'clock. I went to the drive-thru on 4/6/22 at 9:32 and nobody took my order on the screen. I proceeded to drive up to the window, but when the young lady saw me, she walked away. I waited for a while at the window for her to come back. When she finally realized I was still there, she walked away again. This is completely unacceptable!
