Feedback gevenThe food was good, but the customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The person assisting me only spoke a few words and showed very little enthusiasm.
I typically have a good experience at this restaurant. However, this time, the wait for my order was 27 minutes due to a long line at the counter. Despite this inconvenience, the food was still delicious.
I visited this restaurant on March 7th, 2022, at noon. I was immediately disappointed by the dirty restroom. There was no toilet paper in the dispenser, the stall door was smeared with something and appeared unclean, the floors were dirty, and there were no towels available for drying hands. The poor condition of the restroom made me question the overall cleanliness and operation of the restaurant, so I decided not to order any food. I will not be returning to this establishment.
There were only two people today who worked well. the food was fresh. I forgot my speck, but not a big thing! They don't have a speck as all the Stale food.
I always have a weak spot for a Frosty and a fry. The staff here was friendly and service was fast. The young lady who took my order was in particularly patient with my mush brain after having stopped off after having ridden for 5 hours non stop!Great job Wendy's!
