Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Mena

Took 45 minutes to get our orders (two 3-piece tenders and fries) then instead of fries, they gave us mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese with no utensils (we were driving, no way to eat that food)! When we returned to get our orders corrected,we were asked what we wanted them to do about it...it finally took another 20 minutes to get the fries. Poor management, awfulservice. If i could give zero stars I would!

As always the worst KFC ever. Got our order completely wrong. Taste like trash. Oil tasted terrible like it hasn't been changed in months. And it cost 40 bucks for dog food.

The employees were great. The chicken was soggy. We had both original and extra crispy. The flavor was good, but so soggy we peeled the skin off. Not good for my cheat day lol

Chicken sandwich (2) way overcooked and the fries tasted like they were cooked the day before in bad grease. Never again

Cold fries, missing chicken, long wait even after close to 30 mins of ordering online. Negative atmosphere all together and I think it was because of the manager there that seemed to belittle everyone, including customers. The chicken we did receive wasfull of grease and was no where near extra crispy. Skin was soggy and falling off. It was not even edible. Fries were cold. Afew months ago I would have said it was a great place to eat but it is just horrible now.
