Holcombe Inn - Mendip District

We have been coming to the Holcombe Inn for many years and have never had anything less than an excellent experience every time.

I and my man cried in the graznacht for a last minute no children, so let us go to eat.ever love this place it beautifully in and all the staff are very friendly. I had to start the chicken liver parpagei, but I felt it was missing in something, whether it was another type of brot, the butter was different or the parfait needed something like garlic? it was just something missing. but the parmesan roared lamb for the first was to die for! especially the carrots and Swedish ones I need next time in a pot as side! this is one of our new fav places.

My man and I were in this beautiful hotel only at this weekend. the room was beautiful, completely flawless, the staff is helpful. we had a call a few days before asking if we would like to book a table for dinner what we thought was a nice note, it was a good work that we booked because it was pretty busy but the personal was seamless had everything under control. the food was just delicious! I cannot recommend this hotel enough and to round it off it has to explore the most beautiful environment. we are going back to the final.

In my opinion one of the best places around to eat. Friendly, welcoming, very helpful knowledgeable staff, nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a lovely fish and chips yesterday before visiting the old church ' would highly recommend to anyone ' maybe staying a night on our next visit
