Feedback gevenIt all started with a magical place, a sunset in the heart of the Luberon, a rosé champagne Veuve Cliquot...and then a passionate chef... my first love... the truffle Chausson on a velvet chestnut... accompanied by Matthew's suggestion, the sommelier, with wines from the Luberon, of course. Then the sun descended, leaving room for the night lighting of a church, or a Mas hidden in the hills of Menerbes that and it. A soft bise, the pleasure of taste buds and certainly the vapours of alcohol... happiness when my second heart blows on the table ... the Saint Jacques on the risotto with the truffles of Melanosporum... the kiff!!! To close this discovery menu with lightness and softness... The hot apple with caramel has the Melanosporum truffle... a pleasure... Everything is gathered so that tonight is soft and sensual... lights in the eyes that we returned in love... Thank you M and P...
Found by chance. We stopped and where we spent a wonderful time. from mouth to dessert (caramel apple truffled with truffle. A pleasure. Let yourself be guided by the sommelier it gives your wine wonderfully to your dish. that the desire to return again and again.
