Barons Market Menifee

So happy this store is located sooo close to where we live. Definitely will be shopping here on a regular basis.

Their clueless cashiering kept me waiting ten minutes standing around then they took off. The lack of self-checkout as a work around is a persistent problem : Plz add self-checkout already like Ralphs.

Never have I ever left an online review on a market prior to today. Sadly, this is the third and last time I’ll be coming to this Barons. Love the store itself and its products; however, this location has a poor choice of employees. As of today, 6/16/2023, two young employee girls who were talking about personal business (not working) by the soup area were directly giving deep looks as if I was going to steal the soup, then opened every single bin I did right after. Very frustrating when I am paying the amount of money I do in this store. As I proceeded to check out, the cashier was completely rude and had no respect or any level of proper customer service in her tone. As a business woman, I’d like to think discrimination is not part of these unfortunate encounters within each visit to this location. Barons needs to ameliorate this immediately and quite frankly, hire better and/or reevaluate the current staff. I’ll be going back to Stater Brothers where no matter the time of day, every employee is pleasant and welcoming.

Love Barons. It's great prices and a lot of different food options that you can not find at the bigger stores. Great wine selection
