Applebee's Grill - Menomonee Falls

The guy at the bar was great, beer selection sucked. Happy hour was also lame. Just isn't what it once was.

Good overall. They, like all sit down restaurants, we're short staffed, but did an admirable job. Our waiter was very attentive despite it being busy, got our order out to us reasonably quickly, the food was very good taste/temp, and he came back regularly to check on us. Only minor mistake was the juice box flavor for my kid, he fixed it up quick, and we were gtg. Would definitely recommend.

Food was good, wait was long. With that said, the wait time didn't bother me. The fact that people who showed up after us and seated after us were getting their orders before us.

The waiter,Chris showed up to the table sweaty and out of breath. He was asked to bring 2 drinks he returned with only one. Right away he was asked for napkins because like Chris the glass was sweaty. The food was served still no napkins. As another server went by I again asked for napkins the drink was watered-down. Chris was asked to replace it or remove it from the bill. Chris stated once it is at the table you pay for it. None of the staff had on Mask at any point in this visit not even the Managers. Food was delicious.?

They were very busy and sadly understaffed like most places are now a days. So we sat at the bar for faster service. Juan was friendly and nice. Food was good, drinks could of been a bit stronger but still tasty. Overall not bad. ?? 1 picture is from last time when we came (like a month ago) when we got a burger it was a bit dry but the chicken here is always great.??
