Guzman Y Gomez Moorabbin - Mentone

Ate here (Moorabbin) for the first time. Ordered online on the way, easy process. I was greeted immediately by a nice girl who was smiley. She directed me to the online order counter. Food was ready. I ate and the food was so-so. Chicken in the mini burrito bowl was burnt and this gave a burnt taste to the whole dish. Service was okay, but when staff are doing something and can’t come to the counter immediately, they should at least acknowledge the customer with a “won’t be long” or something similar. I went back to the counter for dessert and a staff member who was filling up the cheese, looked back at me waiting at the counter then continued what they were doing for the next 2 minutes and then only attended to me after they were done, without acknowledgment. Not the end of the world but just giving feedback so they can improve those little things in order to give excellent customer service. Wasn’t too bad overall and staff are generally nice.

The staff consists of young individuals who seem to struggle with understanding customers' needs. The receptionist appeared to lack adequate training. When it comes to beverages, the coffee machine dispensed takeaway tea that was scalding hot, making it impossible to hold comfortably. They clearly should have used a double cup to prevent this. My partner informed the young woman about her severe allergy to coriander, explaining that it causes her face to swell, yet they still included it in her meal. Consequently, she couldn't eat it at all. I cannot recommend this place; it was quite disappointing!

I love the food, the nacho fries are delicious. But every time, there’s an issue with the order. If I try and order through uber, most times it takes an hour and ends up being cancelled. If I order through the drive through, they always mess up the order, and try and blame me for it, telling me I ordered wrong. The staff needs a lot more training.

Had the worst meal hereDrove 30 min to come enjoy our favourite food and walked away very disappointed.We ordered nachos with beef but the nachos was so dry and uncooked, the tomato's was old and smellyOur quesadilla was full of veg and not enough meat, the chicken was fully burned and all we could taste was burned meat.We ordered tacos but it was disgusting, as we asked for grounded beef and we got fatty shredded beef. Complete waste of our money and our trip

Go elsewhere. Ordered spicy chicken burrito with sour cream and I received a mild burrito with no sour cream.. they didn’t offer to replace it eitherVery disappointed. Opt for better Mexican not this place
