Burrito Loco - Mentor-on-the-Lake

Placed an order today online, was given a pick up time and paid with my credit card only to go there to get my food to find out they are closed and yet still took my order and payment. The website says open as well.very bad business.

Very disappointed that they are closed on Saturday.

We 've been here a few times, and the experience hasn 't faltered. The food is fresh, staff super friendly, the portions are ginormous and the price isn 't too shabby. I love that they have pineapple as a selection for a topping! My only complaint is in missing the flavor of cilantro. I haven 't found a salsa that has it, but I 'll have to ask the staff next time. On another note, this businesses response to a review from an Eric made one year ago is excellent. Whoever thanked that guy for his dramatic exit, I loved it!! Haha

Honestly go here once a week. Food is great, employees are better

We decided to go here after I read the reviews, they were glowing. I wanted this to be better. Meat was lacking flavor, and salsa was not really standing out. I thought this would be better than Chipotle but it was about the same. ‍I will say, the portion size was HUGE, and it was priced decent. I'll try them again.
