Domino's Pizza - Mentor

This place is great. The food is well prepared. The staff is friendly. There were some Hiccups, but nothing that is not understandable when a place is reopened. If things do not go right, they are very accommodating. I have a shop loan, free cups, pop. Just because there are problems, it doesn't mean they don't work to make it better. You're to pizza place now.

Pizza is delicious and they always have great specialties! Much better than local pizza huts or Papa Johns. Only handle is they don't have paper plates.

I'm not sure what's happening here. I ordered a pizza last night and it never came, but I got a call from someone saying that the driver has car problems. Since I ordered it an hour earlier that the pizza was probably cold and when I asked for the person I sighed with audible and said I mean I can give it back for you if you want. Usually I'm more forgiven, but something similar happened another time where the pizza came 30 minutes after the quote and it was cold (read other reviews, this seems to be a running problem). When someone working in customer experience, that was terrible. Go to Pizza Hut instead.

Had a job and her tracker said it was delivered to him? 40 minutes. But I waited half an hour for my pizza. And then I got a completely cold pizza and they didn't even give me my extra marinara sauce for which I paid. Then, while on the phone with the manager she offered a loan for $20, but would correct the pizza and redeliver a hot fresh pizza and then hanged on me. Needless to say that this store is terrible and needs rests with people who will do the job properly and in a friendly way.

This place is by far makes one of the best pizzas in Mentor. They are still fairly new as of February 2019 so there are growing pains, which is to be expected. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, and most importantly, the food is amazing...every...single...time. Highly recommend.
