The gyro itself was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the fact that they grill the pita bread, adding great texture and flavor. However, I was disappointed with the Greek potatoes. I have had them before, made by my grandmother, and these were too lemony for my taste. While lemons should definitely be a component of these potatoes, in this case, the lemon flavor overwhelmed the dish, making it too sour. Despite this, the overall experience was still decent.
Santorini Grill is amazing. The Spanakopita there is the best I've ever had. The portions are generous and the food is always fresh. The family-run business offers excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
I absolutely adore the flavor of the lamb and beef gyro meat at this restaurant. The vegetables, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce are always fresh and delicious. I decided to try the gyro dish with double rice pilaf, and the gyro meat was cut into small pieces and mixed with fresh tomatoes and red onions. It was not only tasty, but also the perfect portion size for two people. The dish also came with a salad and fresh pita bread, all for just $16.00. This place is without a doubt the best Greek restaurant in the North Shore area. The carry out service is quick and the customer service is exceptional.
My wife and I ordered dinner tonight. The order was finished with 15 minutes, and it was amazing. My wife got the fillet mignon souvlaki sandwich dinner and I got the 1/2lb cheeseburger. Both dinners were delicious! staff very friendly
Just ate there with my husband and had a wonderful time. Hubby got the chicken souvlaki (I apologize if my spelling is off) and I had the Filet Mignon souvlaki. Not only was the steak flavorful but it was one of the most tender cuts of meat I've had the pleasure of enjoying in a long time. To say we will be back to try more of the menu is an understatement.
