Feedback gevenThe restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. I informed the chef about my vegan diet, and they took the time to go over our options. I decided to try the large vegan soup along with tofu spring rolls. The spring rolls were just perfect, exactly what I expected from a good pho restaurant. The dipping sauce was unique – spicy and so delicious that I couldn't resist going back for more. When the soup arrived, the aroma was unlike anything I had ever experienced. Having only been vegan for three months, I wouldn’t have chosen this dish before, but it was fantastic. The vegetables blended together beautifully, creating a wonderful melody of flavors. I just finished the first round of leftovers, with another meal still to come. I'm really happy with this meal, and we plan to return for my birthday on Thursday!
My mom and I just had lunch there, and it was fantastic. I'm from the Bay Area, where there are pho restaurants on nearly every corner, and this place can definitely hold its own against any of them. If you're trying pho for the first time, the broth here might just change your life in the best way possible.

Best pho in merced hands down!! You can't beat the homemade meatballs their bread pudding dessert is OMG!
