Got one coffee pretty quick, waited 10 minutes for the next one and after another 20 mins waiting for the roll, we knew we weren't getting it. We watched as the workers chatted with each other, the guy in the kitchen slammed dishes around and the cashier looked annoyed to have to be doing anything. It was two of us and one family of four in the entire place, six total people and you'd think we ruined their lives just by being there. Will never go back, never felt so unwanted in a business before and never seen such rude employees before either.
Fantastic little hidden gem! Great coffee options, but that's just the beginning! The Grilled cheese is quite possibly the the most savory, cheesy sandwich I've ever tasted! But then I dunked it into their exquisite Tomato Basil soup... (I've never been to heaven, but I got close today)Free WiFiThe elusive Cafe ambiancePleasant, helpful staffI could go on... But you get the drift
Stopped in at 7:50 pm. Cashier told me that they were closed and that she should of locked the door. Sign on the door clearly states a 8:00pm close time. As a current business owner, I’m certain that’s not good business practice. Will not be going back.Btw all I wanted to as a plain coffee to go.
I ordered through door dash from the Grove City/London,Pa location.I ordered a bowl of soup. I specified on the special instructions that I wanted the chicken. In the past my experience is that the business will choose the soup for you unless you request it in that section. I also ordered 3 jumbo donuts. Two cinnamon and sugar and one iced. I had 3 other items on the order as well. I received a cup of broccoli soup and 3 regular sized donuts. The cinnamon sugar donuts were not edible. They were covered with almost all cinnamon and if there was any sugar I'd be surprised. Not to mention they were so dry my son began choking after taking a bite. As stated previously, although I received a cup of soup and 3 regular sized donuts I was charged for a bowl of soup and 3 jumbo donuts. I called and spoke to a girl at the Cafe who was not polite or helpful at all. She basically told me oh well...you get what you get. Obviously lots of businesses have deceptive, menus, ads and other ways of drawing the customer in. I just haven't experienced that much in my area. If that's how this place has to make their money then I won't buy from them again. There are many other quality restaurants and cafes in our area that are honest, reliable and deserve patronage. Lesson learned.
A healthier alternative to the food around the area/at the mall. Ordered a wrap and it tasted great, it was loaded with a variety of vegetables. Soup of the day may not always be everyone's favourite though, I didn't like the tomato soup very much. The food doesn't go bad quickly, can be saved for the next meal.
