I wish I could give this a zero star. I have never had worse customer service in my entire life. I came in with a group of 5, around 7:30. The entire restaurant was empty but us. To start, the waitress, Jamie, came up with an AirPod in one ear. She didn 't write down a single order and got two of our orders wrong because of this. After we ordered, Jamie and the two other workers we saw sat at a near by table eating their nachos with their hands. During this they were wrapping clean silverware that was sitting in their laps. As a costumer, this was very unprofessional and quite disturbing to watch, when we were sitting there waiting for our meals. We should have gotten up and walked out after witnessing this; however, we thought we would give the food a fair shot...we shouldn 't have. We did not get our food for an HOUR even though we were the only ones there. Our drinks were empty but couldn 't get any refills because there were no workers to be found for 45 minutes. How do you expect to run a profitable business if no one is checking on the costumers? Someone easily could have come in and robbed the place and no one would have known. Our food came out cold like it had been sitting there for a while, definitely was not worth the money or the time we wasted here. To make things worse, when the workers finally came out they were walking around using snapchat, listening to their AirPods and watching YouTube. I will be telling everyone that asks me about my experience to not even waste their time here. There is clearly a training issue with the staff, and things need to be changed if you want to stay in business.

Excellent service, tasty pizza, good selection of micro beers. They had a good selection of spirits but I didn't try it. I couldn't decide on which beer and the waitress brought me 3 samples to try. How nice was that!

Food was okay on previous visit. . Had reservation at 7 and told despite having a reservation, we could not be seated for 2 hours. Not sure why they would take reservations if they have no intensional if honoring them
