Feedback gevenIt seems like every other day they don’t check the food before handing it to you, let alone getting the coffee order right.
Usually This Dunkin is my favorite but on 7/10/2022 @6:20p I ordered a large iced coffee... The girl forgot the ice! The tag on the side of the cup said extra ice but nope, no ice! How can someone forget the ice for an iced coffee? No, the place wasn'tbusy... I was the only customer. No, I didn't bring it back or I would have been late for work.
I truly want this place to be good, and I make an effort to be polite by saying "please" and "thank you" every time I order. However, each visit has been met with rude and indifferent customer service. I understand if you don’t enjoy your job at D and D, but that’s not my problem. It would be nice if you could simply do your job, refill my coffee, and not look at me like I’m out of my mind when my cup is clearly half full. I honestly believe this establishment needs a complete overhaul, with all new staff. I used to work as a barista in my twenties, where we made everything from scratch, and I provided much better service with a friendly attitude. This place really reflects some broader issues in America.
This was a wonderful location! Three friendly staff members quickly and accurately prepared my order for me.
The dunks in Gilford messed up my coffee twice and the meredith one was more than happy to make it right. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
