The Beach Hotel - MEREWETHER

Had a work function here last night in the first floor rooms.

First time I've visited this place, there was a large group of us for dinner, it was lovely, meals were nice and the atmosphere was nice. Well done!

Just had the best Seared Tuna steak in the world, overlooking one of the most breathtaking views in the world, with some of the most friendly service....... in the world! Love this place. Highly recommend!!

Great place to meet up with friends for a drink or lunch. Beautifully refurbished. Had Vietnamese Duck salad with papaya, mint, cucumber and black bean vinaigrette. Duck cooked perfect and vinaigrette gorgeous. Beautifully played. Way too many bean sprouts. Took over whole dish. Would return - recommended especially in a good sunny day

Went here for my Birthday, the day was so hot that I think the air conditioning was struggling, and it didn't help that the large skylight in restaurant lets the heat in. I haven't been here for a long time, the restaurant needs a good decluttering/clean or total revamp. The decor seemed very old although the theme did suit the location, I did like the light fittings. The food was average, not a very exciting menu, could have had a few more seafood options. I do prefer full waiting service in a restaurant especially when I find it hard to get around with prosthetic legs. Please revamp your restaurant.
