Empire Pizza - Meriden

I stopped going here for a while when my order was messed up. I understand these things happen. However, the hostess/receptionist tried to say the order was messed up because of miscommunication on my part! I reminded her that I had to restate my order 3 times because she kept leaving our conversation when placing the order because the other phone was ringing or talking to the kitchen. I ended up moving my dollars to Belle Luna and have since returned to Empire, but now split my business between the two restaurants.

Ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza. it took 20 minutes for them to heat 2 slices. Definitely not the same owners. Total disappointment! Won't go there again!

Lady in the front so rude had me on hold for 10mins straight then then driver was trying to give me food to other ppl couldn’t find my house! Will never go there again!

The salad Cobb is so delicious. I love the way they cook the grilled chicken is so delicious. I order the shrimp appetizer I loved

I have a horrible medical treatment every week and the only positive is my Sausage and Meatball Grinder.And this evening I made an order for a pizza and they made an error on it and I called and let them know and they immediately remade it and delivered it.They’re probably the best place in Meriden! Go!!!(And what really makes me happy is that when I pick up my orders during the weekdays during lunch time they always have on old episodes of SAVED BY THE BELL! LOL
