Subway - Meriden

I made my sandwich on the wrong brot while they did, I asked her to change it to the right brot and they said no because they don't have to pay for the chaos, so I ordered the same sandwich again, had to pay for both and was not even offered a discount. really disappointed.

I feel absolutely sick, as I have a ham and I can't even tell them that my brot was hard I really love this subway I pray, it was just a bad day for her, as she was exactly 1 worker who is there, so how can she keep fresh

The subway is clean and fresh. I was greeted at the door and when I went out, they wished me well and said they would see next time! you won a customer for life today! I'll see you soon.

We had an awesome experience at this location. Manager opened the door for me as I couldn’t walk in due to a recent surgery. He then walked me out to the car and make sure my door was locked. I offered him tip and he refused and said he just wanted to help me get safely! Thanks for your great service. I’m hoping owner is reading this comments and he has done a great job in hiring Mr. Vin.

Amazing food, excellent service. The guy that was working during the morning was by himself and did an amazing job in managing the line. My sandwich was made perfect and the prices are pretty reasonable. I have been to Main St and east main st subway and this is by far the best one. Totally recommend this place.
