El Tejado Denver - Meridian Station

I've been there two times in the last two weeks. We went yesterday on Cinco De Mayo which was also my 27 wedding aniversary. What a great place! The food and margaritas are great, service was perfect and the prices are good! Definitely my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Colorado! The only reason I gave them 5 starts is because I couldn't give them 10! I highly recommend El Tejado!

For a to-go order: The food was alright, but they did not include the chips for the chili con queso or the chips and salsa I ordered. They also left out the tortillas for my fajitas and the extra side of rice.

Pretty good spot with great food and even better margaritas! The only down side is that it was very busy and service took a little while. But other than that, our waitress was extremely nice! Definitely recommend their Carne Asada plate! Shrimp tacos were good but a little too sour for my liking.

Great Mexican dishes, including a variety of salads, and HUGE margaritas. Try one with tajin!

Amazing everytime we go and our #1 go-to for Mexican food
