Menchie's Frozen Yogurt-northfield

Worst experience! My 5 year old decided last minute that he wanted a cone, so I asked the young male employe to please put it in my order so that it could be weight to purchase it. The very rude lady that was there, who’s I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager was so rude, yelling at the employee to translate for me, that I could not do that, (Assuming that I did not speak English) Not only was she profiling me for my looks, but she was extremely unprofessional and told me in front of everyone that I can have the cone, for free to enjoy it on her for the night, what an embarrassing situation in front of my kids, if I could give a negative star review I would. (Unprofessional, Racist, Rude)

Delicious flavors and lots of toppings. The place had some seating inside and nearby outside. Looked very clean. Friendly staff.

I love the food and experience something I hated though treated horrible by this one employee names Malaya she yelled at me and acted rude saying she didn't care when I requested the manager she failed me off

Very friendly and helpful. Kids were happy and had fun making the choices of ice cream selection and topping to go with it.

Tried this place out a while ago, and this frozen yogurt is not what I am used to when it comes to good frozen yogurt. The texture was more like an “icee” to me.. Not smooth and creamy. Maybe we received a bad batch?
