Panzano - Meridian Station

Carlos, our server, was outstanding. The hostesses were decidedly unfriendly, and we almost left. We decided to see if our server would rescue the experience and he did. The rude hostesses kept this from a full 5 star experience.

It was a terrible experience. The entire restaurant smelled of sewage. I had a 10:30am reservation, which I arrived 4 minutes early to. I had to wait 10 mins to be greeted, then another 5 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was basically empty with only 2 tables being served. I won't bash the server or host but I will not be coming back. Ever. What happened to this place? It used to be considered fine dining.

LOVE. THIS. RESTAURANT. The food is always AMAZING. The hospitality is always top notch and very friendly, and the restaurant in general has an amazing vibe to it. There is a certain joy that is palpable shen people realize how much love and care they are being treated to. Front of house is on point and we are always amazed at how great an experience we are always treated to here. 500 stars!

The food was exquisite, and the environment and ambiance was romantic. The service was outstanding and made us truly feel like one of a kind. Also my girlfriend is awesome. Would visit again.

This restaurant has gone downhill it used to be a reliable source of pretty genuine Italian food. Last night we waited nearly an hour for our food, and my seafood pasta was poor. The smallest amount of seafood I have seen on this dish. The servers tried to keep things upbeat, but a really poor experience
