Strum Sip - Meridian Station

I can't express this enough: Chris, Kori, and Michael are amazing! They create a fantastic atmosphere for grabbing a drink and jamming out. I'm really glad I found them because they make learning an instrument so much fun!

Quaint urban winery with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. It's an excellent spot for large groups and pet owners looking to bring their furry companions along.

Sure, enjoying wine in a trendy area of Denver might feel a bit basic, but you know what I mean, right? Recently, I had the chance to try their dry-hopped Sauvignon Blanc on tap, which had a unique combination of light ale notes and crisp white wine flavors. I’m not quite sure how they achieved that blend, but it was absolutely delightful! I also really enjoy their Bubble Universe—their drier, less sweet sparkling wine. I highly recommend visiting for a ladies’ meetup or a friendly gathering; there’s always plenty of space in the tasting room, and it has a laid-back vibe. The bartenders are more than happy to educate you on their offerings, ensuring that whether you prefer sweet, dry, sparkling, canned, bottled, or even cider, you’ll find something you love.

I absolutely enjoy going to Strum and Sip! It’s always such a great experience. While I do practice at home, jamming with others has really helped me progress. Having some drinks on hand makes the atmosphere more relaxed and enjoyable too.

I'm writing this during the great quarantine of 2020, so this visit was limited to a to-go order. However, that doesn’t take away from the fact that TIMT has a fantastic selection of wines. If you're reading this and the government has finally allowed us to venture out and socialize again, this would be an excellent place to meet up with friends. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a quick drink, a romantic date, or even a game night with a small group.
