The Cheesecake Factory

Food here is mediocre and very overpriced. The atmosphere is loud. Seating can be too close to others where one may feel like they're invading someone's space. Likely not to return. I used to like it. 30.00 for chicken Alfredo, a salad is not included. Total bill with drink and tip 50.00. Better to go to an authentic Italian restaurant or stay home and cook or go to Fazollis.

Fast service, we sat outside and ordered drinks and a ton of food

We had a group of 16. Even as a walk in group we were sat quickly. Our waitress Emily C was FANTASTIC. She handled our large group like a boss. She made our first time into the restaurant a very pleasant experience. Thank you Emily C for doing such an AMAZING job.

The showed there on schedule and was ready. They quickly opened my door.

Disappointing Experience! I am a fan of The Cheesecake Factory, especially their hamburgers. However, my visit at 6 PM on May 17th was very disappointing. We ordered two American cheeseburgers but received one American cheeseburger and one mac and cheese burger. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff were extremely rude and insisted it was my order. They eventually fixed it, but they also forgot the flatbread I ordered. By the end of our meal, the manager came to our table and offered to either bring the flatbread or cancel it. We opted for the cancellation.Overall, they couldn't bring our full order without a mistake, and their attitude was rude.
