Culver’s - Meridian

Not 5 stars because unfortunately this is the second time we have come here and had to deal with Stephanie's attitude. The first time was drive thru and she messed up our order, which happens but we got attitude for it. Eventually another worker came over and handled it because she couldn't get it right. You could tell it was a normal situation based on how annoyed the second worker was with her. Then we came inside this evening and met Stephanie again. Rolling her eyes when we didn't hear her from how busy and loud it was, glaring at me as I walked up so she got the same energy back. It's unfortunate to go to an establishment and be met with bad service, I get it's not easy to find employees right now but perhaps some customer service training?

I really don't like to write negative reviews. However, I was so disappointed when I ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo ketchup. The dang thing had pickles and onions on it and that was it.

I decided to go to Culver's last night kind of on a whim. I have a good friend who works there. I went in and the staff was hopping and very focused on doing a good job. They welcome to me warmly and did whatever they could to try to go above and beyond. I think Culver's is a great place to go to eat.

I LOVEEE culver’s best fast food ever, doesn’t even seem like fast food, specifically their burgers i’m obsessed always quality never messed up my order. there better be a culver’s in heaven.

Came here for lunch with my husband. He loves the cod fish sandwich. It comes with a hearty piece of fish, fried nice and golden. I had salad at chicken, blue cheese with a raspberry vinegrett. It was really good! The salad was fresh and you get a good amount of grilled chicken. I was really impressed with the prices there! It's not outrageous like some other fast food chains. We ended with a sweet treat of course! The chocolate cone and chocolate milkshake was so good. Staff is friendly and fast. Great place for a casual meal without breaking the bank.
