Dutch Bros Coffee - Meridian

This was our first visit to Dutch Bros, and we went through the drive-thru. We spoke with Zach, a young barista, who was really helpful in explaining the different coffee options. When we mentioned we had never been there before, he took the time to describe the drinks based on what we were looking for. To our surprise, he informed us that first-time customers receive a complimentary order! The coffee was fantastic, but what stood out the most was Zach's friendly demeanor. He was incredibly polite and easy to talk to, making us feel welcome even with the busy line of cars behind us. If every Dutch Bros location has staff like Zach, they've definitely gained a loyal customer in us!

I absolutely love this place! The tall guy with dark hair, a beard, and a man bun is really cool! They always remember my drink order. I even make the drive from Emmett just to visit them!

Every time I've visited this place, I've experienced the best service! The drinks are quick to arrive and always delicious. It's definitely one of my top two spots, if not my favorite. I highly recommend checking it out!

There was 1 vehicle ahead of me. I waited in line almost 15 minutes for my order. I understand some places are short staffed however, there were 5 people inside making drinks and 3 outside taking orders. I love Dutch Bros but everyone's time is valuable and just wished Dutch Bros would get orders out in a more timely matter.

When it comes to coffee, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. What makes Dutch Bros a notch above the others is the customer service. It doesnt matter what location you stop at they are all so sweet. Cheers ????
