Tin Roof Tacos - Meridian

I came to Tin Roof Tacos tonight and I got amazing food and great service. My only complaint (though it is a really huge one) is that when we got up to the cash register to order, the cashier said “I’ll be with you in just one second,” yet I waited multiple seconds. I feel lied to. What she could’ve said is “I’ll be with you in 4 seconds” that way I don’t have to feel this way. Extremely disappointed. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings but maybe it’s time for some new employee training specifically for this issue.

Always a great place for non-traditional tacos. My favorite are the Baja shrimp and the fried chicken. I've never had a bad experience dining here!

First time here. Big area to eat in. Friendly and quick service. I ordered the fish tacos which were good. I didn't care for the beef fajita. Made it better with the habanero sauce.

Tin Roof Tacos is a great place for some quick street tacos. The price point is great. You’re able to try a few different ones without breaking the bank. You can’t go wrong eating here. The Texican is my go-to.

I stopped by again today, and it was still disappointing. The person preparing the tacos seemed indifferent to what they were serving. The potato was cold and undercooked, the large pieces of onion were greasy and not properly cooked, and the tortilla was not warmed up, tasting nearly raw. To top it off, the breakfast tacos had no eggs at all. It's hard to believe how unappetizing the food is. There are still young staff members who show little care for their jobs. I'm so disappointed and won’t be returning. It feels like a waste of money to have gone back.
